Who We Are

Mgr. Tomáš Kintr, LL.M. (Attorney)

Tomáš is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, and the Faculty of Law of the University of Konstanz (Germany). He has been working in the legal profession for over ten years. Before the foundation of the law office Kintr Legal, he worked in leading Czech law offices, where he provided legal services to Czech and foreign clients, especially in construction, banking and international transport. In 2013 within the Lawyer of the Year competition, co-organised by the Czech Bar Chamber, he finished in third place in the category of Talent of the Year.

Tomáš is focusing on commercial law, especially corporate law, contract law, information technology law and international transport law. He provides legal services in Czech, English and German.

Mgr. Bc. Kateřina Kintrová (Lawyer)

Kateřina is our cooperating lawyer based in Brno. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, and within her postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno she lectures on health law.

Kateřina has long specialised in providing legal services to doctors and medical facilities, and additionally in civil and administrative law.

Remuneration

We usually provide legal services based on the terms of an hourly rate. In such cases, clients always receive their invoice with an overview of each of the services provided, including the time spent so they can keep track of what they are getting for their money.

In the situation where the scope of work on a specific case can be estimated sufficiently in advance, a fixed remuneration for the services provided can be arranged.

In the case of long-term cooperation, we also negotiate remuneration with our clients as a monthly fee, which gives the client a certain amount of regular legal services, usually at a discounted rate. Thus, the client has stable monthly legal service costs and avoids fluctuations that may occur if you invoice based on an hourly rate.
